Chris I checked out the 10,000 step one. A little over half way he he did some punching. I like that. And he is upbeat. Not to fast for people just starting either. I will check out the other one tomorrow. Today was a slacker day!

Chris I knew the YouTube I did tonight looked familiar. It is by the last one you put up. I will post it tomorrow. Same guy, different video.

Here it is Chris. I liked this one. A bit slow for me at times. But there were modifications. Also small hand weights. And loads of squats. I liked the guy and both the ladies seemed to smile a lot. They really seemed to enjoy themselves. Can't wait to try out the one you listed.

Derek is almost done moving things out of the house, making room for me to bring things in from the storage pod in our front yard. The chores really are the equivalent of a pretty good workout:
    • Last week moving beds: stairs, on top cars & installation (lifts and squats)
    • Yesterday sorting pod: moving boxes & carrying record albums (rows, presses, curls)
    • Today moving furniture & contents: rock collections & paper files (heavy dumbbells)

We walked 4.01 miles in 76 mins then I worked out w/my trainer for 60 mins.

You gals all rock! Paula while I agree with Chris your workout sounds great. It needs to be done with purple or pink dumbbells. Muhahaha

Chris and Kathy you guys did great!

I just. Moved my arm gently and raised it lots.

It was a chilly but beautiful morning so I pushed myself to walk further. I joined Chris in the 4 mile club. 81 minutes - 4.32 miles. It may be my one and only time. 😊

It felt really good but I needed a epsom salt bath after. My lower back was bothering me. Then plan to spend the evening reading.

    Happy Sunday ladies,

Well I got all the boxes of crystals and semi-precious rocks put away yesterday. Then this morning I looked at it and thought "why the heck did I move the cabinet a half foot from the wall to make room for a laundry basket in the back corner...???

So today I'm going to move it all back, hah! (Five bins weigh 50#; a dozen weight 15#; and another dozen fall in the middle of the range.) They're very pretty and when the furniture's all in place, it'll be nice to have them out on display again.

This huge Manganoan Calcite crystal is about 16" tall and is flourescent.

Kathy, I bet you can do another 4 miles next time you are out there.

Paula, pretty crystal! Moving cabinets counts!!

    Karen, good job!

We got it done this morning...4.40 miles in 88 mins. DH is wanting us to get to a 15 min mile...me too!! But we aren't there yet.

Kathy ad Chris nice going. Love your 4 mile club.

Paula love the stone! What a center piece. Now get it together and lets do this!

I lifted some today. And worked some of the soreness out of my arm.

Monday: Recumbent bike 30 minutes - 7.27 miles.

Also Housework and let me tell you cleaning my hardwood floors and my rew rugs is quite a workout. First vacuuming the rugs, then dust moping and finally cleaning with Murphy’s oil soap. I think it’s helping my waistline! 😊

Shelley - I thought it was really good...enough of a challenge to keep me going, and I could still get off the floor!

Kathy I love Murphy's soap. I use it on all my good wood. And if it is helping with your waistline all the better! :)

Karen so glad you could still get off the floor. I am glad we are changing things up.

Hope to do weights again. Have to work late though so we will see.
