Yea I don’t really want to “lose weight” as I don’t want to get skinny. Luckily all my weight goes to my stomach so losing weight just means I lose my gut ha
Then gotta figure out how to muscle up a little too

Build muscle rather than lose weight really as would rather have some muscle than just been really skinny1 -
I wager that losing weight isn't what any of us want but losing fat and looking more defined is what we're after. For me that entails being in a caloric deficit. It's of course easier to retain muscle when you're lifting, which I can't do with the gym closed.
My goal is to maintain a deficit and lose some of the fat I put on for now.2 -
On the left is today. On the right is what I consider to be the best I've been, before covid. I will get back there 💪1

Working on the dad bod now. It’s been a rough one guys. Still have a long way to go.0
