    All prepped for breakfast, snack and lunch for the week.
    Breakfast: eggs and sausage patties scrambled together.
    Snack: fresh mozzarella and tomatoes on lettuce hearts
    Lunch: BBQ seasoned pork chops (they were bought already seasoned and fried radishes.

    So sorry I was MIA last week. Thyroid spazzed out and I was thrown for a loop!! Dizzy throwing up and kept getting overheated. Then had a sale Saturday and yesterday got surprised with family. I haven't been on the scale at all!!!! 🤐🤐🤐
