    Stupid week. Couldn't track because my phone died (should have used the website, but didn't think of it). Then unexpected travel out of town made stress eating a reality and killed my walking plan. BUT, I'm happy to say I'm back on the wagon after a week, not four months! Small hiccup, not a complete train derailment.

    BTW, you guys are great. Thanks for all the welcome messages and good advice. :smile:

    Yay! I'm back down to a healthy BMI! Now for me to stay there and keep going all the way to my goal weight. My goal for 2/1/21 is to be at 144. I can do this!!
