    Got everything done for today I am so proud of myself to say that I have been able to keep up with my medicine ball and add extra reps every other day. I was very hesitant to try as I was fearful of creating more elbow issues and how do you explain that to the orthopedic doc? But very glad I tried so that proves the point that it’s ok to take a step over into the uncomfortable zone we are stronger then we think. We are able to accomplish more then what we give ourselves credit for at times let’s all keep up our good work

    Today I did another 45 mins of Dancing to the oldies (but I stayed indoors so as not to scare the neighbors!), and then 60 mins of walking 3.0mph outside (Brrr!) We had our bible study tonight at MY home, so I didn't have time to do any more exercising tonight. Now it's time for BED! Lol.

    @donna25trinity I did send @dewit a friend request today, so that I could send her a private message and tell her that she would be MISSED. I believe that she's planning to attend in Feb after all! Yay!!!!!!! :smile:
    She indicated that several others had told her that she would be missed as well. 💓
