Stupid week. Couldn't track because my phone died (should have used the website, but didn't think of it). Then unexpected travel out of town made stress eating a reality and killed my walking plan. BUT, I'm happy to say I'm back on the wagon after a week, not four months! Small hiccup, not a complete train derailment.
BTW, you guys are great. Thanks for all the welcome messages and good advice.2 -
