    I figured I'm put this in a separate post from my check-in.

    I'm down in weight from last week when I took a week off, but I've been stuck around the same weight since the beginning of December. I'm just going a bit up, then a bit down, then a bit up, then a bit down. I don't quite know what to do. I'm frustrated with myself for not feeling the drive I felt in the fall and struggling to get it back. Should I take a break from the challenge group? I just started dating a new guy, and I adopted a 8-week old kitten last weekend, and the lockdown is still on in my province. I guess I know why I'm struggling, I just don't know what to do. I feel bad that I'm not a very good contributing member to our group weight loss, and I am fearful of losing my progress and reverting to my old ways.

    If anyone can give any advice, I'd sure appreciate it.

    Totally spaced on my weigh in yesterday (Friday). I did get up this morning and weigh. Not much movement but this is what I'm taking into February.
