Getting loosey goosey with my tracking again. I’ve realized I really need to rethink my eating schedule. On the days I go to the gym I think I need to have a brunch instead of a breakfast plus lunch. Then instead of snacking in the afternoon until dinner, I need to plan ahead and eat an early dinner. And I really need to do some serious meal prepping.
NSV: I’ve been able to increase the distance of my walks, despite still dealing with knee issues. Getting stronger working with my trainer and even though my weight hasn’t changed much, my shirts are getting looser. I’m not shrinking on the lower half yet so I’m guessing that won’t happen until I make more progress with my weight loss. I need to remember ‘Why’ I am doing this!8 -

I figured I'm put this in a separate post from my check-in.
I'm down in weight from last week when I took a week off, but I've been stuck around the same weight since the beginning of December. I'm just going a bit up, then a bit down, then a bit up, then a bit down. I don't quite know what to do. I'm frustrated with myself for not feeling the drive I felt in the fall and struggling to get it back. Should I take a break from the challenge group? I just started dating a new guy, and I adopted a 8-week old kitten last weekend, and the lockdown is still on in my province. I guess I know why I'm struggling, I just don't know what to do. I feel bad that I'm not a very good contributing member to our group weight loss, and I am fearful of losing my progress and reverting to my old ways.
If anyone can give any advice, I'd sure appreciate it.0 -

Hi Team!!!
I want to start by apologizing for being MIA... I am still running with my hair on fire dealing with my mom and her medical issues. We now have her moved to a rehab facility. Yesterday, she walked 10 steps to the sunshine then back to her bed Coordinating all of this from a state away has been interesting. Even though she is in rehab and not able to see visitors, I will be going there mainly to sit down and pay their bills... poor dad has no clue!
Confession:
I have not been tracking... I have been binging. I am actually excited to weigh in tomorrow am -- I will be close to an even month. I am just hoping for no gain for the month.
SOOO, time for this crap to stop! I cannot let myself regain again. I have too many cute clothes to gain this crap back!!!

Haven’t been feeling so great this week. Had a thyroid biopsy on Wednesday and it seemed to set off some of my other inflammatory symptoms so I have been in bed and just low. I am off of work (planned) until Thursday so that worked out well. I would never post this kind of stuff anywhere else publicly-but we are all very open here about our health and challenges -if anyone has can some positive energy to send my way -I could use it.7 -
