    I looked these up and yep, a UK thing. I’m going to look on amazon and see if I can get them there. Check out Built Bars and see if you can get them. My new favorite is lemon almond cheesecake. 130 cal, 15 G protein, 4 g carbs and soooo delicious!!!!

    Yes but I will put any kind of nuts on my salad! My favs are pecans and cashews but I try to be good and use almonds instead.

    I’ve never heard of omega seeds! I do have some chia seeds somewhere in my cupboard. I’ll have to dig them out and give them a try.

    This month is def not how I pictured this month to start but here we are.
    I have def been in my head about a lot of things lately... tomorrow probably wont help either as my dad wants me to go down to my grandmas house and help clean and look for papers.

    We started having help fresh boxes delivered again today. I could not believe when I saw that one serving of supper is a whopping 1000 calories!
