I will take all of the completely amazing role models I can get! One of the main reasons I'm trying to engage people on MFP is that most people in my real life won't even acknowledge I'm losing weight let alone be supportive of it. LOL. I need people.9 -

Once my day off was over, work just poured in. So Tue was stressfull and unlike other times, I didnt eat much. Just my alotted calories.
Once I called the day off and went for a walk + did one of my fave HIIT workouts (LeSweat on popsugars), I had all these calories lebt (over 400). Success! 👍3 -
