Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    Baked dinners for my boys!
    One on the left is for our cat who is so spoilt and loved that we call him the 1st born son. Lol. The dinner in the middle was for hubby and i and one on the right is for my lil buba who has just started eating solids. All cooked differently and lots of left overs for tomz.

    *spoiled

    @Calvin20874 well done it always feels great after a loss on the scales right!!!

    @SModa61 lol i totally loved how it picked up ur speed. Very cool!

    @Victorious55 Really like how u note that the kitchen is closed. Ive started saying this to myself of an evening, it really helps.

    @Pamjsa the 7pm cut off is really clever to eliminate the late night snacking. I may give it a shot!

    @RangerRickL great reminder Boss. Cheers!

    I chose this 'do it now' quote as a reminder to me and we.
    The right time to record your caloric intake is when we have caloric intake.
    When we put it off, we fall victim of selective memory of what we consumed.
    We cannot manage what we do not measure...and record.

    Thank you. We truly "..We cannot manage what we do not measure...and record...."
