I chose this 'do it now' quote as a reminder to me and we.
The right time to record your caloric intake is when we have caloric intake.
When we put it off, we fall victim of selective memory of what we consumed.
We cannot manage what we do not measure...and record.18 -

@SModa61 Thank you for your advice on the use of pass days.
As I was preparing dinner from scratch at home and - in theory - had the opportunity to track accurately, I felt a bit guilty about estimating calories.
However, I know that maintaining the current level of tracking precision for every single meal is unrealistic.
I will have to learn to use approximation approaches, as situations will arise that are not as controlled and “lab-like“ as under current lockdown conditions!
Hopefully, doing so will attenuate the all-or-nothing mentality when it comes to portion control and keep me focussed on the overarching goal of a balanced nutrition.9 -
This morning we had "fog ice" here in my part of Ohio. This view is from my front porch looking north over the front yard toward the road.

yes x's 3; walked doggos for work and am planning to do more of that now - along with some form of zumba/hiit or such tonight; went hard core on getting my sleep schedule back on track...gave my son permission to douse me in ice water outside in the mornings...if I'm not in bed on time... So far, two nights in a row...I've gotten more sleep than I have in a month... lol10

Today’s reminder about doing it now is very timely for me. In January I found there were days I didn’t have everything entered and I had to go back and complete, which kind of lost my mojo. In February I have resolved to close my diary at the end of every day and post, as I am now.
