I am Michelle. My weight during COVID-19 has hit nearly 176lb so I return to FitnessPal community!
In this two months, I have been struggling about exercising. Because of wfh, I stayed at home most of time.
Now, I kinda get back to my original routine. Eat less and exercise more!
The big holiday is coming so I hope I can eat less.
Last month, I lost some weights, which I should have lost in December. So, my target is a bit lagging behind. Anyway, my target this month is to hit 154 lb. (8.1lb).

WI Day today - very pleased! -2.3! I have had the worst time losing weight for the past couple of years - to the point of giving up - week after week with no loss whatsoever. So, this is an encouraging start!

Weighed myself and completely forgot to post. Past two days have been BUSY! Gained the weight I lost month back. But I had some weird health news that knocked me off track. I am over it. I took some photos and back at it this month! Have been tracking and exercising. Goal 10k steps. Smashed that yesterday. Need to work on water intake. My doc decreased my carb goal to 20g net. So back to keto we go. My endocrine system was so much more controlled then. That should help me shed the 25 lbs I need to shed to be at a normal BMI and my goal weight. Pics were motivating.
