I've had a awful two weeks. I injured my legs and was unable to walk for several days and can only do light workouts and have gained and not lost. Will make it up once I'm fully mobile.1

Week 3: 0 exercise ( rough week in Texas with power cuts for more than 48 hours, freezing temperatures and too much office work. All I tried is to survive this week)0 -
Had a rough couple morning WIs - I weigh every day so i do know that there are fluctuations but two days in a row I was up a lb - even though I was on track...well actually I went a bit over yesterday!
