I almost had a pass day today with dinner, after cutting all the veggies and weighting everything else, it was over by 100 calories of 1,200, I know I still have around 1000 to spend before being over my limits, but I kinda made my rule of the month to only consume 1200 cl. So, it's okay if it's a little over but not by 100. So I cutted the portion in half, it was more than enough too, and had space for dessert.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, 1,870 ml of fluid. I still have one last bottle, so I might cross 2000 ml before sleeping.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep, 75 minutes on the spin bike, followed by a 60 minute Barre class in the morning, at my fitness center, then 90 minutes strength training, 30 minutes on the Concept 2 rowing machine, and finished up with another 45 minutes on the spin bike this evening at home.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep, easily.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep

    We just got a Concept 2 a few weeks ago! I get bored after like 15 min tops. Anything special you do for workouts that you’d be willing to share? My hubs used to be a rower so he just happily rows for a straight 30 minutes and my brain can’t handle that. Lol.

    Kudos @SModa61 for your perfect week! 🥳 You also inspired me to get outside this morning for a 4km out and back "coffee run" after saying you went out in cold weather. When I converted Fahrenheit to Celcius, we had the same temperature so I had no more excuses to stay inside.
