@MadisonMolly2017 I suppose I could go out on the bike and then walk for a bit but walking with the bike is not easy or enjoyable so I would have to chain it up and then walk. Frankly the weather is too cold right now, something to think about when it gets warmer perhaps.3

@maltedtea if you are bored and look at my spoiler. All my TDEEs get filled in the day after. If I post late, like the next day, then I have the TDEE. Burn hurts less, but is looking uglier today. Thanks for checking in!

@mshawski I am no role model for being at ideal weight. I am lost about 30 lbs over two decades ago and decided that I was fit for life.
I've maintained my weight within a 5 lb range all of that time. My stomach sticks out paunchier than 25 years ago, but I wear the same size clothing for all of that time.
I am comfortable with me and my wife is comfortable with me.
Don't use someone else's measures for you.
Go for your comfortable size!

It's winter ❄ again over here!
Tonight I had calories left for a 🍷 and even after it (300 cal or more). To "blaim": the 1h 🚶♀️ (after sunset 😒) and the quick 🏋♀️ session.
