    Goals/Day/Comments: Did a nice leisurely walk on the treadmill today. It felt nice even though I really had to force myself to do it.

    So I gained a pound this week, but my clothes / pants are feeling looser which is great! Hopefully I am just adding muscle as my diet and workouts are the same. My legs get a good workout with 45 Minutes on the Elliptical so we shall see next week at weigh-in.

    Goals/Day/Comments: I really thought about taking a rest day because I absolutely dreaded the treadmill. Then after lunch I felt better but still couldn't do the treadmill 😄 Think my mind needed something different and so glad I Listened!

    Day/ Goals/ Comments: I was not really as hungry as usual, so I convinced myself not to eat just because. That combined with an extra workout made this a good day.

    Day/ Goals/Comments: I bumped my treadmill up from 3.5 to 3.8, and my legs were not happy so I had to call it quits after 30 minutes instead my usual 45 so I did some good stretching to ease my hurting muscles.
