WI day today - very slow going but I guess that is better than going the other direction which is what happens the second I let my guard down! Gone are the days of huge losses I think. At 59 yrs old I guess it is normal.

I did! I have been logging these last couple of days. Seems I'm back on track with that.3 -
Hey guys! I have been a little MIA. I have really stretched myself this week and pushed myself to reach ny goals. Hit the gym 3x last week, got 10k+ most days (today will be low because its house day and homework day). My macros are pretty stable, went a little over for breakfast today because we ate out, but I am down 2 lbs today from Wednesday weigh in. Hoping I can keep at it for a great loss next weigh in💪 It's amazing how much better we do when we are consistent with tracking. Atleast for me! I know what works for me, but the hard part is sticking to it. Hope all is well with everyone. Happy Weekend!2

Feeling pretty good - I bought a few new clothes some of which are a bit tight but I am counting on them fitting in a couple of weeks! Havent felt this hopeful in a long long time!1 -

CW: 174.5 I seem to be on the lb a week track...wish it was faster but at least its going the right way. I am lowering my calories by 100 to 1100 per day. Maybe this will speed it up a bit! Id be happier with 1.5 lbs a week!1 -
