Day/ Goals/Comments: I bumped my treadmill up from 3.5 to 3.8, and my legs were not happy so I had to call it quits after 30 minutes instead my usual 45 so I did some good stretching to ease my hurting muscles.2 -

Comments: Sorry to have missed posting last weeks weight in as I was preoccupied celebrating my birthday. 2/6 weight in was 186.4. Didn't expect to lose much weight but proud to have some non weight related wins. I lost 1.5 inches off my arms, .5 inch off under bust, 1 inch off my hips, 1 inch off my thigh and 1 inch off my calf. Already feeling less tight in my jeans and coat. 😊💥3 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Had a good day, managed to get things done and still find time to exercise. Had a good week aside from going over on my bday celebration. Didn't lose much but didn't gain. Proud of myself for still remaining on track and making time to exercise even when I don't feel like it. Surprised to see my endurance is increasing, last year I was feeling so weak I couldn't go pass 20 minutes on my stationary bike. Would never imagine being able to do 50. Goal for next week is 1 HR 3x 💪2 -
