Hi All! Yes, I am ALIVE! I have been dealing with ALOT lately and see from posts today on here that clearly some of you are too! @SummerSkier, my thoughts, and prayers are with YOU! I have been so wrapped up in my own problems that I have not watched any tv or even heard the news! I had no idea that the state of Texas was suffering like this! My heart goes out to you, my friend! Be safe, and I hope relief comes to you soon; big hugs!

I made a small change in activity. My Garmin has a goal for number of flights of stairs as well as a step goal. I haven't really paid a lot of attention to them. If you hit the step goal, it will increase your goal slightly. Yesterday it was 5900, today it is 6080.
So I committed to making the step and stairs goal. My job is sedentary but on a busy day I can have more than 7000 steps before I get home. Most of the time it's in the 4000 range. This means I'll be walking around the house when the weather's bad to meet the new goal. It does things like adding that little 25 minute walk to the end of the day.4 -

Today was a planned PASS day because of hubby's birthday dinner. I cooked prime rib, we had roasted baby potatoes, steamed broccoli, and a beautiful garden salad! Oh, and then there was Ding Dong cake for dessert! I did start out the day with 4 hours of giving massages as exercise... but I simply HAD to have a piece of that Ding Dong cake! SO WORTH IT!7 -
Struggling here, but hanging in there. Cold and bad weather, but no power outages as elsewhere. Feel fortunate about that for sure. Staying on track. Exercise every other day, it seems. Staying within calories for the most part. Come one Spring!6

Spring temps here, so I went for a bike 🚴♀️ ride with my boys. Also had some sweet desert after that, but with the 🏋♀️ I did in the evening, I had burned more than I had eaten. I think! 🙈4

Almost used my 3rd pass day that I was saving for next weekend but instead I just jumped on the treadmill for 35 min to run off the cake I couldn’t say no to after having pizza for dinner 😬. 45 minute circuit training class, 35 minutes on the treadmill, calories under and tracked though admittedly not the smartest choices.
One pass day still stands!6 -

lol MFP - but especially this UAC family - can be addictive. It's nice to hang out with you all and see everyone's successes and struggles. The fact we motivate one another in both circumstances is endearing.
