I hve been stuck at 59.5 kgs for the last 2 months which has been frustrating. I weighed myself this morning and am now 58.8 kgs! Yay! This means im so close to my goal weight of 58 kgs. Very exciting for me! Looking forward to increasing my calories to maintainace cos im on 1200 calories atm which is def not easy! Ive lost 23.2 kgs since the birth of my buba 9months ago and tbh even prior to being pregnant i hve always been at least 7 to 10 kgs over weight! 0.8 kgs to go!! Xox
Congrats on the big weight loss, way to go!

Today has been an emotional roller coaster kind of a day for me. I'm having some family issues with my grown son and my hubby (not my son's father) and it's taken a real toll on me today. I've done at least 20 mins of housecleaning today, so I'm going to call that my exercise, but mentally I just don't have it in me to go get on the treadmill or do rebounding or anything that might help me to get some exercise calories, so I'm just gonna call it what it is, and take another pass today. I'm hoping that I can reign this emotional mess in tomorrow and do better. Hope you all are having better weather wherever you are.
Sorry to hear you are having family problems too! I think this whole month stinks, and there has got to be a full moon! Big hugs to you, my friend!

Yes, yes, and yes, it was a good day.
Not sure I will be able to exercise tomorrow, if not it will be my first pass this month.4 -
Yes x3 though needed to use all my exercise calories.
But definitely made informed decisions about what I could eat today based on pre-logging. I've found myself semi-pre-logging one or two days ahead as I plan out my meals.
Exercise was two different walks plus bodyweight exercises.4 -

I’m thinking about having my last pass day tomorrow, as an open day. Every previous pass day I have taken was because I felt hungry at night and ate one extra meal. Since I have done so well this month, I want to take a proper pass day, where I eat a nice breakfast without worrying about how much bread I have eaten. I decided to make it tomorrow so I would have enough time to burn it off and not take it with me to March. Sorry for the long post and good night .
A question: I suppose I have to leave February group when we begin March challenge, right?
@thabit11 That is a perfect use for a Pass day. They are they to support your efforts. Some of mine are planned and some are not.
As for "leaving" the February group, think of it more like a "shift" to the March group. There are already 50 members over there, including me and many names you will know. Here is the link: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/139960-ultimate-accountability-challenge-march-2021
Also, If you have liked being in the group, which I am speculating that you have. You can add your insights to this thread alerting people to the March UAC: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10825384/ultimate-accountability-challenge-march-21#latest2 -
@Bill70sStrong @biketheworld Argh, it was Biketheworld whom I amused. Sorry if I confused you Bill with the lead in on my comment above. :P3

Mom got her first vaccine with no issues. Yay! There was some concern because she does have a severe allergy.
I was thinking this would end up being another pass day but it didn't. I have been doing the extra steps and stairs since this past weekend and am feeling better. Then I basically threw dinner together in a pan and had to estimate everything except the protein. I did all these things that they say not to. After everything was done, I thought I was going to be over on my calories and up in weight. Instead I was under on my calories and down in weight. LOL
What a pleasant suprise! I guess I am getting better at cooking the right amounts without weighing everything.6 -

February has been the hardest month for me. I am still tracking, stayed within calories yesterday and got plenty of exercise. It hasn't happened every day though. Still planning to forge ahead to the end of this month and hoping for March.9

GRATEFUL for all the years, “Kitten”🥰
The first time since 1982, my husband pointed out, that it’s been just the two of us. The hardest part has been seeing the sorrow in a guy who never cries. We are focusing on how lucky we were & how we “did right by her.”
Also GRATEFUL for my doctor who prescribed a medication for me yesterday that has eased my heart symptoms & gotten my bp back to normal. Also, he said this is NOT Dangerous at all!
I only did 3,900 steps, but it was a day when *that* was self-care.
I’m reminding myself that grieving is physical. My doctor said do what feels comfortable &!repeated it twice, so likely I won’t be in the Winners Circle, which is ok. We’ll see.
Finally, I returned to the middle of my Maintenance Range on Feb 24!!
It took 16 days. So glad I stopped the “creep” as soon as I did (learned from last year).
Maintenance Range 153-155 (my weight doesn’t bounce around much & I HATE to diet, so Inpurposely keep it small. Fact is it climbed to 156.8 before I was able to turn my mind around. “Overeating can’t fix a feeling; just gives you two problems to deal with.”
Current weight: 154
I have to say in the middle of a tough time, this achievement has brought me great joy.
Hugs,

If you are strict, my decision will dissapoint you. I am being reasonable and celebrating 🥂 a NSV: I was slightly above the calorie allotment, but will consider today a victory and not pull a pass. Let me explain why. I had a stressfull day. A long day. And I snacked. I then went for a run (after maybe 1 run the past 3 months, so a long break) and had a good 🏃♀️, 40 min at about 5,9 mph. I came home and way hungry, had some random food and then... was hungry and slightly over the calories (under 50). I thought of giving up and felt like binging. I did not. Merely by thinking of UAC. So to me, I won! 👍10

@thabit11 I am catching up tonight.
Each month is built as a separate discussion-dates group. As we move through the monthly calendar when the month ends, the discussion group ends. With the absolutely indispensable assistance of Jessica in our firm, a new month discussion group is created. I would love to have the group rollover, but each month is a voluntary commitment.
Thanks for being on the team!!
