Exercise: Not formally. Did some running around for my elderly parents.
Goals/Day/Comments: Get up tomorrow morning and put on my walking shoes. I plan to get a 45 minute walk in first thing in the morning.2 -

I'm back down to where I was a few weeks ago, and I am happy about getting back on track. I find it crazy how taking a week to 9 days off from the gym (due to the severe Cold weather here in the South) my body is sore from my workouts. Hopefully next week will be better.2 -
I had some medical issues come up so I haven't been able to weight in/track the past few weeks, but I'd like to remain on the team and restart my weigh ins for March. Glad to see how well everyone is doing, keep at it!2

Day/Goals/Comments: Not a good last chance day. I was completely exhausted all day and only made it 15 minutes on the treadmill instead of the 1.5 hours I wanted to do. I was under my calories. I just hope I did enough to make my team proud this week.1 -

What even happened? I don’t even know. I was exercising everyday and trying to stick to my calories. Something went wrong. I’m soooo disappointed and want to throw in the towel but I’ll recommit to trying better. Sorry everyone 😣1 -
@beshamama water retention maybe? I have to really watch my sodium intake because it can be a +/-10lbs sometimes. Drink up and I'd bet it will be gone in a day or two!2
