The older I get, the slower this process is. When I lose this weight, I really need to keep it off. I'm tired of doing this over and over again. On a more positive note, I am feeling better physically already and my energy levels and moods are improving too.

3rd week - pms week, ugh, measurements up, didn't even get on the darned scale, hopefully I can get something real next weekend if it's all over by then!
On the plus side, my calories were mostly on target, I swapped some of my poverty/maintenance days, but I still had 3 maintenance days and 4 poverty days, so that's cool...and I did all the workouts...though the fatigue was real and it was such a struggle...powered through and did them all...not so much on the extra, like just one day of extras...but, all the planned stuff was done except stretching which I can live without for one week.1 -

I’m focusing on reducing my carb intake and not stress eating too. Slow and steady is the key, 👍
