Hi guys, good luck everyone6

To Qualify for the monthly Winner's Circle, a team member must have taken no more than 3 Pass Days.
A Pass Day must be taken whenever a team member does not complete all 3 of the foundational healthy habits:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
We have lots of qualifiers for the month of February 2021
It is wonderful that so many team members will qualify for the February Winner's Circle.

Regardless of the number of Pass Days, consistent tracking of caloric intake; exercise output and regularly posting personal results leads to great success.

Thank you for this and for all that you do, Rick! π
Let's make the best out of March, Team! π9 -
Food pre-logged for the day. Still room in the the numbers for a nice snack later (even pre-exercise). "Leaving for work" soon (I work off-site these days ... that 14-stair commute to the second floor takes sooooooooooo much out of my day ..... lol )
I'll be back later with my full daily-report7 -
February 10/3

@RangerRickL I was hugely surprised to see myself in your Champions' List! Thank you, feel honoured and will try to live up to it in March!
Part of me had to laugh though: maybe I should be in this list for sheer doggedness, if nothing else. Us Dutchies don't give up so easily!13 -
Well done to winners and champions.
Good first day back for me despite a chaotic day at work. I did see the teeny tiny new baby penguin though which is always a good thing. Food logged including the extra snacks I grabbed between work and training. Reasonable choices today and a decent amount although I want to try and drop it a bit to give myself some extra to play with on weekends. Exercise was morning yoga etc, coaching kids Jiu Jitsu and then a good tough Jiu Jitsu class for me. Of course work includes all the activity as well.7 -
1st March
If it wasn't so ridiculous and so sad: Bought my partner a new backpack, which he thought was
just like to the one he'd bought in Brussels 20 years ago, but he's had at least 4 since. I now just smile and make grunting noises.
Done 30 minutes exercise somehow, kept under calories somehow, but logged, so I know how ...

So happy to see you back here Dory. The above quote is one of the types of things I look forward to reading here daily... "teeny tiny new baby penguin". Oh I wish there was a photo included.

Wasn't sure my post actually posted. Sorry for the duplicate if it did. Yes. 3 mile rowing... Yes, tracking good eaten and drank... Yes before calorie count. Have a wonderful day7
-
@sophielee3 , you're doing it right. We post in different formats, so you can also adjust along the way. Off to a good start, too!
I πββοΈed early afternoon (give me a hi5! π), then π΄ββοΈed with one kid and l8r on did a happy dance cardio (just to make sure I was on + π)
Tbh with you, I snacked too much π. Most likely emotional eating π©βπ«. I'll have π₯s for breakfast tomorrow, because they keep me full at low (caloric) cost π. To me, the way I start the day is kind of determining the way it goes... at least mentally.
I was mad π at my scale the past days. I now have 14 days to change this story π (NSV is usually the subject on the 15th, right?).7 -
Yes x3.8

Exercise (Yoga, Pilates, & Glutes/Legs)
Tracked: Yes
Calories: Yes
Finished my 4 week strength program last week and trying a new month long one. Can already tell I'm going to sore tomorrow.9 -

Hey @sophielee3!
Looks like you are a PRO!
Congratulations on an outstanding start! 18K

March 01
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 20 min of muscle training, 2h of walking + another 1 h of walking, 11 min stretching.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, 1,142/1200
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, 2,390 ml of fluid.
Pass days:0 /3
Calories burned: 1,831 /35,000
To me this is a huge number to burn in a day! I was feeling energetic and wanted a strong start, so I burned as much as I could. Since today was a good day, I decided to do my best to compensate for any bad day I may encounter.
Moreover I increased the challenge to 35,000 because 30,000 is a bit easy for me now.
Good night everyone and welcome to all new members, I hope you receive the same benefits, or even more, as me when I joined UAC.

March 1st
Exercise: β Treadmill: 1 mile walk, 4 mile run
Calories: β
Tracked: β
Happy March!
I decided to add a couple of extra goals in March.
π΅ Weight
- Current weight: 186
- Goal weight on 3/31: 179 (can be 179.8, I just want in the 170βs)
π΅ Running
- Current: I run 3 miles once or twice a week.
- Goal: Run at least 3 times a week, with one of those runs being 5 miles. (I do circuit training classes at the gym three times a week, so that will leave me one βrestβ day when I will walk or do yoga.)
π΅ General movement
- Close all three rings on my Apple Watch all 31 days in March.
π΅ Mental Health
- Start reading again. I used to read 3-4 books a week. I think Iβve read 2 books in the last 12 months? Recommendations welcome. Maybe we can start a UAC book club πππ€
