 No it was an error,3/4 was 14,497
 I get confused as in UK we write the day of month first.I always have to look back to see where I'm up to ! Think I need a notebook to record my steps.Thank you,walking keeps me sane during lockdown !!1

            JoDavo66 It's so difficult when your efforts are not been rewarded on the scales.Keep going YOU CAN DO THIS !! Have you tried the 5;2 diet its a bit less constricting than fat 800.I have had success with it in the past.2

 I fast every day but I eat around 1500 calories a day too. 800 is far too little calories a day. Google TDEE to see what you should consume everyday and then subtract 500 calories from that. That's your deficit for your specific height and weight. 😉1
