Exercise? No. Visited my aunt today. Have not completed intentional exercise since Saturday when I ripped the skin off the bottom of my right big toe. Will see the podiatrist Friday and see what he clears me to do. The last time I did this it escalated into 6 skin grafts and 1 surgery.
Calories? No. I have been overdue for a diet break. Body says we are taking it starting today!
Logged? Yes. Recorded every excess calorie.
Yesterday, spent the entire day going through my closet and dressers to remove all the clothes that no longer fit since I lost 73 pounds over the past year. Still have to go through the shoes but have 2 extra large totes and a large box of clothes to be donated.9 -
I made the mistake of catching up on 100+ posts in the "What do your meals look like (show me pictures)" thread (where our own @LazyBlondeChef is a regular contributor). Thank goodness I pre-planned my meals today...and take in some incidental exercise.
My go -to is taking the condo stairs. Like this morning, when I finished skipping in the basement garage, I took the elevator to the 7th floor but it stopped on the first floor. A mother and son came in. Our COVID-19 max is two people so I jumped out and ran up to my floor.

Pass Days Used: --Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. However, I ended off the first week and then started the second week by advancing my workout progressions faster than expected.
The calendar has been adjusted as of MAR082021 to reflect that I may end up doing 8 sessions with only the 40 lb KB (not just 3, as laid out in the original plan). Still aiming for a 30 min PR by month-end.

My activity yesterday was riding my spin bikes so no steps counted in that. But I noticed before dinner, I had logged over 3 miles of incidental steps. And I don’t even keep my phone on me when I’m inside my home.6 -

Like the new Doctor was not ready for the intense brute honesty. I loved the doctor who gave me the heavily frosted cupcake version.. Cupcake version was easy to swallow.7 -
I want to take a moment to thank my UAC challenge buddies for all your supportive thoughts my fathers by pass surgery went well at this point he will be 86 on Friday what a way to spend your birthday
I managed 115 medicine ball slams this morning and about 3 miles on the spin at the hotel gym. Ample walking as no one could be at hospital due to COVID regulations tough on my mom. tracked and logged stayed under . Good night I am exhausted but tomorrow is another day11 -
Need to catch up on some posts, but today was a nice day. Got in some yoga, pilates, barre, and a light arms workout. Tracked and under calories.6

I had my 6 month check-up with my doctor today. All good......he calls me his poster boy for aging well.
So, I gave myself a rest day, splurged on nachos with cheese and pizza sauce, scarfed up jelly beans, and have no regrets.13 -

Rather stressful day emotionally. Started out with cheez it’s for breakfast. Followed the parenting advice I give my child and chose to turn my day around even though it started badly.
Exercise: ✅ 1 mile walk, 3 mile run OUTSIDE BECAUSE OUTSIDE WAS GLORIOUS TODAY ❤️

I really was so happy to be running outside on my trail again. A few spots where the snow hasn’t totally melted and wiping out was a worry but overall so good.7 -
Over cals today so my first pass used. Made a stupid decision at work this afternoon and ended up about 70 cals over. Then snacked on pretzels and strawberries at night so ended up 217 cals over. Could be worse. Not gonna beat myself up. I closed out my diary to enforce the mental “done”. See you all tomorrow!9

Regarding the too-skinny-mare: We cancelled the vet check until she recovers from a foreleg injury with abrasions and swelling. Apparently she got cast (caught under the stall pipe fence). I went to see her yesterday. It's too soon for a vet check. Hopefully, the swelling will resolve.5 -
