    I've swapped what I was doing for the Fast800 principles. I know I can't drop to that but I am trying to follow the principles.
    I have increased protein & decreased carbs, I have to eat low fat so some of their recommendations I can't embrace, trying to move towards 12:12 (difficult with hubbie's shift pattern).
    Getting to bed earlier and trying to get up an hour earlier to do PT on-line!
    Nothing seems to work & dietician said some of her patients had been successful with it.
