Happy with that actual scale weight today was 261.9 and have been bouncing around 263.5 most of the week. So hoping to see 260 in the next couple of weeks.2 -

I have the magic pill concerns, but I wonder what would happen if someone got to goal weight, AND THEN began the treatment to help prevent relapse.
