I’m a bit behind - Saturday was a pass day but I’ve squeaked through with two yeses today and yesterday. I’ve been on my feet too much today and so working tomorrow will be good for me - I’ll be sitting at my desk resting my legs!5

We hve terrential rains here atm so exercise is just cleaning as cant get out and walk plus lil bub sick.
21st March i originally posted 3 yes's but later in the night i was a bit naughty. I served up sum choc cake for hubby and temptation got the better of me ha ha! New rule in the house if hubby wants dessert he needs to get it himself lol! All good tho back on the horse but no more pass days so will hve to be super careful for rest of the month! Xo4 -

Kind of feeling blah today. Took the high road to congratulate someone on something awesome they accomplished at work - and it was a friend I closed the door on a few months ago for lots of very valid and dramatic reasons I won’t detail here but trust me that door needs to stay closed. But... it makes me realize I miss them - a lot. And that sucks. But the door must stay closed, and I need to stop starting sentences with conjunctions.

Pass Days Used: (MAR16)Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. However, I ended off the first week and then started the second week by advancing my workout progressions faster than expected.
The calendar has been adjusted as of MAR082021 to reflect that I may end up doing 8 sessions with only the 40 lb KB (not just 3, as laid out in the original plan). Still aiming for a consistent 30 min PR by month-end.
For the weekend of the 20 & 21, my times were faster because the ancillary exercises (weighted squats) weren't necessary. But, it was also the first time using the 40 lb KB exclusively.

calories: yes - had to eat when I was not hungry, which is usually a hard no for me now, but I had only ate 400 calories and the migraine that was coming made me realize that getting a migraine was a harder NO, than eating when not hungry

how do you feel: kinda awesome. I actually squeezed into a 2X pants today. At the beginning of the year it was only 3X and 4X that I was wearing. It was not the most comfortable fit, it digged into places, but I was able to wear it for work, that in itself was awesome.10 -
