    Exercise: Yes! 40 min Zumba, and 10 min of what was advertised as HIIT but wasn’t really that intense

    Exercise: active stretching 20 minutes and later in the day, walking for 23 minutes
    Calories: well under my limit

    Realized this morning that I had forgotten to track some bubblegum I had yesterday, so I was actually over calories yesterday and used a pass yesterday.

    Under by all of my exercise calories: long walk 🚶‍♀️to the grocery and a HIIT 🤸‍♀️ ("killer", as growinganannas has called it). Another day down! 🙌

    I capped off the day with a short walk in the cool air. As the street lights came on, it felt a bit like being called inside by parents after staying out too late. LOL

    Today is Mom's second vaccination day!
