Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
• Planks Day 23 Beginners (6min 47sec)
• 30 min “Lift and Shred” with J. Michaels
• Jogging 3.6 km (7:11 min/km)
• Walking 5 km (4.64 km/h)
• Fitness Age/VO2max: 46/36 – the weight is jumping up and down. Today +800g compared to yesterday. But downward monthly tendency – that is what important. Both my FA and VO2max improved.

The kitchen is closed, so I'll be left with roughly 500 cal. A nice 🚴♀️ with my oldest and a 🤸♀️ HIIT session together later in the afternoon are to blame. No passes so far! 👍11

how do you feel? I am feeling I don't know, funny. I was just going over my stats in MFP. I decided to look at my weight graph. (usually not a good exprience ) Now the scale I have automatically records my weight onto FitBit, which then automatically when I sync shows up on MFP. I checked my record for the past 30 days. On February 22 I was 318.5, yesterday I was 306. That's a 12 pound loss. I was feeling a bit down because of the yo-yo weight fluctuations weekly, but when I stepped back and looked at the month I realize that I am actually doing something right. That I need to look at the weight over a period of time and that a weight loss from the 22nd of one month to the 22nd of the other is just as valid as the weight loss from the 1st of one month until the 28/30/31st of a month.
Sorry for rambling, but my goal was to lose 10 pounds in the month of March, and I was a bit disappointed that it only looked like I was going to lose 3 or maybe 5 depending on how this week goes. But to see if I go back a month from yesterday I already lost my 10 pounds plus 2 more, makes me want to use the 22nd as my starting date and see if I can lose 12 pounds by April 22nd.
Wish me luck guys, and thank you for the accountability group. I am really paying more attention to my stats than before.10 -
No exercise, Dr's orders, but I ate well and logged. Not a bad day.
Got my second Pfizer shot yesterday. I am feeling a little more tired that usual today, but otherwise no effects. Except a sense of relief that I won the race between getting covid and getting the vaccine!9 -

Exercise: yes! 30 min walking workout
Track: sort of... was doing well until the evening when I knew I’d go over
Under calorie goal: no
Sadly that means I’m out of the winners circle for this month, but I’m determined to do better next month (and the rest of this month). I’ll get back on track!4 -

Today I noticed that one of my lemon trees has started to blossom. I really thought they'd both be casualties of the Big Freeze in February, so this is very exciting! Spring has definitely sprung. I'm amazed what a difference this makes in my overall mood.6 -

@victorious55 Thank you for the inspirational links. I read both of them. I would like to feature the 'strong daughter' link in our opening post.1

Almost everyday, I begin with an active stretch regimen in which the core group is referred to as the 3 Dimensions. I've added more to that list from a book which includes stretches for horseback riding. Twice a week, I add 3x of my best effort at perfect chest-to-the-floor pushups. This was that day. 37 minutes. Later in the day, 28+ minutes of walking.
