I had a pretty bad week, so thinking the loss is mostly because I'm dehydrated again, and will probably bounce back next week, ugh. There's a lot of stress right now because my living situation is in flux - the person who owns the house I'm renting a room in is cancelling everyone's lease by the end of next month so he can do renovations, and trying to figure out a new place to live has been super stressful (and unsuccessful so far). The weather was gross this week, as is reflected in my step count, so that also sucked ha.
Overall, not a huge fan of March lol. But I am proud that I bounced back after a bad week and ultimately ended up still losing weight, even though it was less than previous months. Hoping for the 180s next month.6 -

So damn close but its been a long week and though I walked more steps then I have in god knows how long I ordered in a lot so I am amazed there was a loss. Will get back at it this week and in another step challenge with friends. I am learning I can do more as my knee heals, but as for weights and anything else still on hold as my right arm and wrist are at the beginning of getting better.4 -

I am MORE than a little jealous but thrilled for you...you're about to drop into TwoterVille!!!
I am also having knee issues, but have a little further to go than you. I'm hoping to drop into the 290s soon and enjoy much more range of motion in my knees...can't wait to increase my step count, but since I hurt it back in December, I've had to step back...
Congrats on your progress...I'm so proud of you!!! Keep on keepin on!!!

Thank you. Its always nice to feel like you have a support team. You will get there. You make progress everyday. Its all you really can do. Injuries are daunting and I admit sometimes the pain makes the idea of working out seem impossible. Just one moment, one breath at a time and you will get there too and we will celebrate.1 -

Is this perhaps for the 21st? If not, then you're missing the 21st...I went back to double check and the last is for the 20th. Let me know...and thanks for your kind words...my swelling is all gone today and I'm thrilled...enjoy your day!

After being exhausted and having a migraine for over a week, I am finally able to get back on track with making better choices, logging my food, and exercising again. And it feels so good! I am surprised that I continued to lose weight even though I was to tired to really care what I was eating and not exercising. I am even more surprised that I lost almost 2 lbs this week by getting back on track. Whoohoo!4 -

Yes! @kerdil08 is showing us all how it is done.2 -
@mulecanter and @jenready thank you so much!!
The group aspect definitely keeps me focused, so glad we have this team (:
I did recently commit to lease for a new apartment, which I don't love, but it's close enough that I can keep walking to work. And for the purposes of the ~ weight loss journey ~, that was super important to me.
I don't really think I look or feel different yet, but fingers crossed for continued progress! Again, thank you for your comments, it means a lot!3 -

Hi guys! I'm 29F and 182 lb. I'm trying to stick under 1900 calories a day. I recently gave up refined sugar and am loving the difference-- no more food cravings! My current goal is 155 lb, which would be an adult low weight for me. I like to go for walks and would like to get in a long walk every day. But, sometimes it's raining and I'm not down for that! I do have a Fitbit of anyone wants any info on that. I hope you all are doing great today!8

Welcome @jameschic007 to the TrimStones team! We're glad you joined us! I'm Jessica, one of your captains; the other is @mulecanter. Our whole team is happy you're here and I think you'll find we're a very supportive and encouraging environment. Take a few minutes to introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about what you hope to accomplish in April and moving forward. If you're like me, you've been on this journey for quite a while and although we wish it was a spring, it's more of a marathon! UGH! LOL
If you're a walker/fitbit fanatic, we do a monthly step team challenge, so if you want to sign up for that, tell me your favorite place to walk, set a daily step goal you hope to reach and I'll sign you up. You can find the step chart just below the spreadsheet where we put our weekly weigh ins off the main Fat2Fit page.
Again, welcome...don't be so quiet and tell us a thing or two!! We love new workout suggestions, nutrition advise and recipes...don't be shy!
Good luck...looking forward to watching you shrink!
Jessica
