No winner's circle for me this month, but I hope to be sufficiently healed to start at least low level exercise in time to have a shot at it in April. I knew I wasn't going to make it this month, so no big surprise.5 -

5-day streak & it gets easier each day.

Cut out white flour
I am paying attention to my hunger (which is Much clearer w/out sugar/flour & tracking all foods. However when I weigh all my food, I am now covering the display window. Measuring out what my body seems to need. Then looking. Portions have all been smaller.
5-day calorie average is the lowest in at least 15 months, no cravings, no real hunger.
I’m thrilled. If these changes will enable me to effortlessly maintain, It’s a miracle. Will evaluate in another 1-3 weeks... but I’m vastly relieved!
