Welcome to the April 2021 Ultimate Accountability Challenge!
Some of you have been with this challenge for months and some are brand new. This is one of the hardest challenges to stay with throughout the entire month.
FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!! Log every BLT (Bite, Lick, Taste). Stay strong and true to yourself....YOU WILL SUCCEED!!
Please feel free to share as much information as you feel comfortable sharing about yourself with the rest of the group. I look forward to getting to know all of you a little better.
GOOD LUCK!

@RangerRickL Thank you very much for setting up this challenge. The idea with "pass days" is brilliant. As of today I had 3 pass days in March I will do my best to go without any through April4
-
I agree with Winner. The pass days are an amazing tool for keeping us on track. This will be my I dunno month to join the UAC. Even in maintenance I really enjoy keeping track of the 3 basic requirements to ensure long term success.3
-
Yes I joined for the third month!!! I want to reach 68~75 kilos by July 21, on my 31st birthday, on last weighing I became 81.2 kilos, so getting closer and closer! This group really help you stick to your own rules! I am really glad for finding you guys 💜💜3

Hi All,
I tried to do this challenge a couple years ago but was not really up to it. Recently we moved from NY to Florida and my lifestyle is much more active. Much as I miss NY, I am finding it easier to stick to my goals here. Ive been doing the biggest loser challenge for quite a while and feel that I am ready for this challenge. Looking forward to April!6 -
Hi guys, it seems that I won't make my March weight loss goal without divine intervention but that's okay. I'm not giving up, here's to accountability in April. I am finding posting really helps me.8
-
I'm back for month number 5.6
-
Hi Everyone! First time here and I'm excited. I follow a mostly vegan diet and I am hoping to lose 43 pounds.3
-
Hey fams! Back again - 2nd month and love this group 🖤 Last month my goal was to just finish the challenge successfully... almost there!! This month I’m aiming to reduce my waist size (currently 34.5”) by reducing refined sugar intake and increasing my water consumption. We will see how that goes!
Thanks @RangerRickL for keeping the challenge alive!!3 -
Hi...I'm Janice. Did this challenge for a while and loved it. Decided it's time for s bit more accountability.
I'm 52 years old, married, 4 kids and a small zoo. Have been great at maintaining but really need to lose a bit. Have been sluffing off and I need to get back on track.5 -
Hello. I’m Jessica and I’m 35 years old. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by September 2021. I want to be at a healthy BMI. I’ve used other weight loss apps before but never stuck with them. I’m still navigating the app and exploring the features to help me reach my goal. I’m very determined this time and looking forward to getting to know everyone! Good luck!

Hi, I'm Sandra. I had lost 50lbs but have put most of it back on again. I need to get back to basics and am hoping that this challenge will help. 😊6
-
Hi - I’m Joce. I did this awhile back and then got sidetracked with an injury. I am ready to continue on my journey to being healthier.5

Hello!! My name is Diamond and I am a mom of 3. I lost 50 pounds after my first and then gained it all back. My youngest is now 3 and I want to get back into shape and just feel better overall!6

Hello! I am thrilled to start this journey! I am a mom of 3 beatiful children, and recently (well 6 months ago) moved to Mesa. I have been working from home since COVID 2020 and will currently stay working from home until March 2022 when my new practice opens. I am a mental health counselor who is going to be providing Nature-Based therapuetic practices and holistic care. I am looking now to lose 40 pounds this year and to enter into my first Half Ironman in Tempe in October. I lack focus sometimes and need accountability!4

Back for month #4. I've found this group wonderfully supportive as I keep moving toward my goals.5

Hi I am Jen. I have been in UAC but "in and out" for 2 years when I was getting my degree. And then disappeared during covid, and the recent nightmare I am dealing with my abusive ex. I started back in March and realized I have never counted my monthly attendance in the UAC. So since I am starting again, I figured I will start my UAC attendance count as well. So this is my second month in the UAC. I just recently got a Fitbit. If anyone would like to add me as a MFP friend, or Fitbit just send me a friend request (and mention you are in the uac with me or I might accidentally delete it).
I look forward to April because better days are coming!!7 -
Hi everyone I'm Roz, from England, 27, married. I have a lot of weight to drop. Looking forward to starting with you all on the 1st April. Thank you for the group!7
-
Hey all! I'm here because in October I was 8 pounds away from my first "goal" weight. I'm now 20 pounds away and obviously heading in the wrong direction. I know what I need to do to get there, but lost two of the primary motivators for getting me moving and exercising and am looking for new motivation and accountability...3

My First month trying this - good luck everyone!4

Joined this group in the autumn and found it really helpful, then had a bad winter with anxiety, depression and burnout taking over my life. Slowly getting into a better place now so hoping I can stay the course for April!4

Hi guys im back for my 5th month. Im 38 with a buba and i live near the beach in Australia. Last month i reached my goal weight and am at the high end of a healthy BMI! This month my goal is to loose another 2kgs so I've got a buffer and also hoping to build muscle. I love love and love UAC and the amazingly inspiring members here. I need to try get this going again. The man has agreed we need to limit our treats as they have been getting a bit out of hand and I need to get back into my morning training routine, which I can do in April as I'm working Easter, then basically off for three weeks (only two days of work in that period). March was two camping weekends, including kloofing in the most beautiful pools and a dream came true. I even left jiu jitsu training early for this one!!! Regulars will know how much I love my training, but when the call came through that I needed to go to work to accept a stranded otter, nothing would keep me away. My zookeeper goal has been to work with an otter for years and it was so exciting to see that happen. Smeagol has come to retire with us as he is an old man who has a cataract and his teeth and claws are worn down from a long hard life. He is grey with age, no longer brown and had started stealing food from a table at a restaurant. For his own safety he needed to be removed from that situation and he has settled down in his new digs very well. I am totally in love and apart from the smell (yip, that's normal for otters) am so happy with my dream coming true.
Here is a link to a facebook post about him. (Featuring me in my blue jiu jitsu pants and getting bitten on the finger)

One of the reasons I will stay longer with UAC: I want to see how the Owl will look like in May1

Hello! I lost over 50 pounds last year, then managed to put almost all of it back on. I need accountability like this group to get back on track and lose it again. Looking forward to getting to know you guys and ditching some weight with you!5
