    I declare 5K April! Only because I just did about an 8K this afternoon 5.2 miles in about 2 hours. I'm a team captain. I can do this.

    My first hour if ealking was slow...walking with my friend and her kid and taking pictures of pictures. The second hour was a bit slow in places because I walking trails, climbing pretty steep hills and climbing rocks. I was mountaingoating a bit.

    The trails have markers telling about trees and flowers...and apparently poison ivy.

    I'm hoping to walk at the botanical gardens tomorrow. Got my second shot yesterday. I feel fine today. A little dizzy...but maybe from all the bending close to flowers to photograph them. We will see how I feel tomorrow.

    Ugh. I had a couple off days but this was higher than expected. Hoping to see it roll back down in the next day of so. I’m determined to move on from these 2-3 pounds. They are sticking around too much.

    @Calli1616 I’m located in Ontario, cases are going up so it’s understandable but they are keeping non essential stores open but closing things like gyms and hair salons which I feel much more comfortable going to, I haven’t gone in a store in months but went to the gym a lot because I get much safer there!

    Sorry I missed weigh in again. These last few weeks I have been winging everything. I am currently on Spring break with my daughters, when I get back home on Saturday I plan to get back on track. I do not know if I will have access to a scale on Friday because I will still be traveling. When I get back home on Saturday I can weigh in then, I'm sure it's not going to look good because I don't feel good about what I have been eating lately.

    What is it about holidays that have people like me go off the rails? It's like a free for all, a prison break, and my last meal all rolled into one. I'm still fighting the "all or nothing" thoughts. A new week and reshaping of my attitude. Time to learn, forgive, and move on. Have a great week everyone.
