    Yes x 3 today. I'm finding the discussion of fasting really interesting--I fasted once a week when I was younger, to give myself a little weight loss boost every week, but it just doesn't work for me now. Slow and steady isn't fun or sexy but it does lead to sustainable habits. When I've gained weight again, it's because I stop paying attention and fall out of those habits.
