    I don’t always do yoga, but when I do... I’m reminded pigeon pose is the devil.

    Pigeon is one of my favorite! Love, love love, It really unlocks my hips and yeah it's rough.. What is your favorite pose?

    @NetiOne - relaxation pose? Lol. Honestly I’m not a big yoga person. I’m not good at slow and calm, and I have very poor balancing skills. I honestly think if I could make myself embrace it that it would do me (and my anxiety) a lot of good though, so I should really learn to love it. I’ll take any good recommendations for poses/videos that help open hips and chest/ribs as those are my two saddest areas.
