Yesterday, @MadisonMolly2017 posted that she has walked 10k+ steps per day since her doctor ordered her to do that for the rest of her life. That triggered me to look for a Doctor's orders graphic. This one seemed motivating:

Let’s see a cord of wood has 3 face cord so what you saw was 2 full cords of wood that takes us all winter with plenty left over as we have a soapstone stove that is very efficient but it was truly functional exercise7 -

14 April. WOw. Month already almost halfway done.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes finally had a decent 7 mile run this morning. One week post #2 jab I feel like I am finally getting thru to the other side.

@SModa61 I finally tried your breakfast recipe! Was waiting for quest powder to arrive. Here's my feedback: it was totally edible, though I only found quest vanilla flavour, all out of stock, and the yogurt I had was raspberries flavour, or other berries I don't remember, so it tasted too sweet, I'm sure I'll like it more with plain yogurt. Thanks again for the recipe 💜💜💜7 -

@SummerSkier's reminder that we're almost mid-month made me grab half a slice of stuffed crust pizza instead of a full slice. It was for the best as I kept to my protein target

In my Darth Vader voice: I am out of the circle, but still in the game
I really can't say if I am within my calories as the medication that I am on requires me to eat, and I really mean a full meal, not my portions that I was doing. The gastrointestinal issues that I experience when I try to cut down my eating is ridiculous.
So I am taking my meds, on time, with sufficient food like a good girl. But I am not bingeing. Not because I have to eat and I have stopped weighing my food means that I have to hit up the fast food restaurants and junk food ...
About one more week of these antibiotics then back to weighing I shall go..... and momma got a brand new scale5 -
@NetiOne - relaxation pose? Lol. Honestly I’m not a big yoga person. I’m not good at slow and calm, and I have very poor balancing skills. I honestly think if I could make myself embrace it that it would do me (and my anxiety) a lot of good though, so I should really learn to love it. I’ll take any good recommendations for poses/videos that help open hips and chest/ribs as those are my two saddest areas.2
