    I have had a migraine most of the evening. I don’t know if it’s from stress, lack of food, or both.

    Thanks! Wish it were possible to lose this much weight every week, but I'm just starting out. It'll slow down soon enough and I'll have to fight tooth and nail for each pound!

    Hope you are feeling better. Do you take anything for migraines? I’ve been dealing with migraines for 25 years now they are definitely not fun. But thankfully I found a good neurologist a few years back and they have been pretty manageable.

    Things went well. Strictly precautionary as there is a history of pre cancerous colon polyps in the family.

    Had a colonoscopy this morning so yesterday was a prep day with clear liquids only. There’s only so much broth one can have. Lol. Was strictly precautionary. Things went well.

    @vicky2767 I decided to start it over and do the action things it talks about as I'm reading and fun fact I missed this the first time but he has free printable guides for that....I recommend printing those, they're very useful.
