So I'd be disappointed with this except, its been a week. Between building my deck, (which I discovered muscles I forgot about), PMS and bumping up my activity again, I'm going to have to say somehow winding up the same weight, is a win. The first half of the week I was super hungry and ate more, not surprising under the circumstanced but the last half of the week I really dialied it in and now I'm doing much better with it all, settling into my new routine, so I'm going to take the win.
