    So I'd be disappointed with this except, its been a week. Between building my deck, (which I discovered muscles I forgot about), PMS and bumping up my activity again, I'm going to have to say somehow winding up the same weight, is a win. The first half of the week I was super hungry and ate more, not surprising under the circumstanced but the last half of the week I really dialied it in and now I'm doing much better with it all, settling into my new routine, so I'm going to take the win.
    That’s great. You’ll have to show us the deck when it’s done. My husband and I try to tackle projects ourselves too. It’s always nice to see the finished work!

    Thanks! Wish it were possible to lose this much weight every week, but I'm just starting out. It'll slow down soon enough and I'll have to fight tooth and nail for each pound!
