    Did spin today and went for a hike with hubby we went to a place called Dunkins Reserve he scouted for deer hunting in the fall me I enjoyed the quiet. Logged and stayed under. Anyone have any suggestions on how to load a photo to the home page of mfp? Or does one need the paid membership it won’t work for me except here thanks in advance I have an iPhone 11

    @shomanswest In the past, UAC members have had leg/foot injured they often look up seated exercise videos on Youtube. I don't have any specific recommendations but it's a good place to search for alternatives. I hope that helps!!
