Accomplish in April

March...tough but lost 4 lbs.
Didn't increase activity as fatigue level still a problem. Did plan one pig out session but no sweets still. Logging 80%.
April
1. Lose 4 lbs... kinda stuck right now even with staying at calories limit.
2. Increase outside activities safely. Bike and run
3. Increase fruits and veggies daily...Covid wiped out some taste sensations

    Lost job due to Covid lung complications. Depressed so hitting McD a lot so weight bouncing up and down a few pounds. Trying to regroup emotionally

    April was a bust. One pound lost. Lots of emotional eating. A1c too high. So mad!
