We went over to the train tracks and then down to some new construction. Lots of big earth movers and dump trucks and water trucks. It was fun! We did 4.04 miles in 100 mins.

Kathy, I've been on that challenge for a long time. I emailed one of the leaders and he removed it for me. He never said a word. I am so glad. :#

Wound up getting extra walking in at the art festival we went to. Still socially distant, but so great to see other humans. It js hard for me to get 10K steps on a normal day.

    Got beautiful henna done also!kh4vv3kc9izj.jpg

Karen is that your hand? I have never seen anything like it!

Chris I am sorry. I was so busy this weekend that I did not get to try them out. I did do some walks and an hour bike ride.

So gals I had my fat done this morning. Not so good. I also started a new HIIT workout. Here it is for anyone who wants to try it. It uses weights.

Nothing yesterday. My stomach was not happy. Might have been the popcorn. That was one thing on the list of "not to eat" after the bowel obstruction last year. I remember it was the only thing that mad me sad.

I will walk after I workout today. Still supposed to be in the 90's. I'll take an umbrella for the sunshine if it is not windy...supposed to be 89-92 between 2:00 & 3:00 this afternoon...winds won't be too bad. We'll see.

Maybe I'll have to do a walking video...hmmm

Chris I did the 15 minute ab video last night. That was painful. It was painful since I could not keep up with her! But I liked how she explained everything.

I like her, Shelley. She has some good stuff.

60 min workout w/my trainer then 5.51 miles in 100 mins in the 95 degree sunshine. Not a cloud to be found, but I did take my umbrella. That made all the difference in the world. I'm glad I did it. I feel much better this afternoon than I did yesterday afternoon. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Winds at 25 WSW, so...much to breezy for me....bwhahahah! Tomorrow's workout pushed to Saturday, so I'm hoping to get out there tomorrow. We'll see. Motivation sucks right now.

My knee's in a brace again. Am learning it takes 1-2 weeks for it to react to overuse; and even longer for it to heal. It's not a good excuse though, because I could still be doing body weights and dumbbells but never get a round tuit.

I did look at the NordicTrack Vault though. It's really cool but super expensive and would probably end up making an excellent laundry rack in the garage. :(
