So nice that @RangerrickL has a champions category as well as the winner's circle. It certainly helps encourage focus, to the best level a member can achieve, during a given month. For March and April, I quickly ended up in that category. May was going to be my "come back" with an expected pass on day #1 (early morning long 800+ mile travel day ending to reach a hotel). Day #2 was acceptable, despite struggling with a stomach ache while on the road another 10 hours. Day #3 was good. Yay! I was back. Then weather and strange return of stomach ache (reaction is to eat randomly) caused two unplanned passes. So, yes, I am not yet out of winner's circle (I had forgotten #4 bumps me out - another yay!), but it is going to take a lot of focus to prevent that. And, yes, I still have a bit of stomach ache today. I intend to not take a pass today. One way or another. Will confirm later.
PS I am 3+ weeks post 2nd vaccination so should just be basic boring annoying stomach ache.15 -
Congrats to all the Champions! You did it!

Back home and back on track today.
I so agree with @SModa61, the champions circle is a real motivator for those of us having trouble with aspects of the challenge. Life has an unwelcome habit of tripping us up.
I for one, find it helpful to read all the posts, cheering on the winners, sympathising with those struggling. We all have good and bad times. Checking in every day keeps me on track.
Today was a good day:
Exercise โ yes, 30 minute bike ride, 25 minute walk โ in spite of the bitter weather here.

Awesome work to everyone @lesdarts180 you are absolutely correct life does have a way of throwing a curve ball we can either move or get hit, I prefer to keep moving.
Tracked and logged walked at lunch with colleagues very windy for May but did a little over 1.5 miles. Happy Friday!!!7 -
I'm so impressed by everyone who can stay consistently below their limit. I exercised, tracked everything but am over for the second day. Does that mean I take it as a pass day? Then I have 2 pass days. What happens if I go over 3? Just keep counting?8

Congrats Champions

To @SModa61 hope your stomach ache have subsided, if not have you tried drinking plain red ( or black ) tea? We do this for stomach pain + adding anise to it makes it even more effective.
I did some muscle workout today, very lightly, I think it's been maybe a month since the last time I did workout my muscles for real. I'll increase the reps next session.

@Higa2021
We are here for ourselves and each other!
It often takes time to adjust to a more healthy lifestyle.
Once a team member goes over 3 pass days per month, a true long term winner will just keep focusing on doing their best each day.
Last month, the majority of us (including me) had more than 3 pass days.

Exercise: stretching 15 minutes and 35 minutes of walking
Tracking: good
Calories: under my limit3 -
Yes x 3. Took a long walk and did a 20 minute core workout to compensate for the total lack of exercise yesterday. It felt good to get out of the house and let my brain take a break from worrying. My sweet dog seems to be on the road to recovery, thank goodness. I appreciate all the well wishes.
Also, I turned in my final grades this morning and put this horrible academic year to bed! Still some long days of meetings to get through, but I'll make it.6 -
