@donna25trinity I'm going to be keeping some of those alternative methods in mind. Ultimate goal is healthy behavior, so I like those ideas. Yours and @MadisonMolly2017 and @lesdarts180
@katiecan2021 - good luck tomorrow and happy birthday to your son
@thabit11 - thanks for checking in. Today was 95% good. Going to continue to watch and see if I can determine a cause. Oddly, hubby is having itchy feet and hands, which he never has. I jokingly started blaming our over three week ago COVID vaccines.
@Mshawski - school conferences - memories!! I never missed one straight through high school for both kids. Now in grandmother mode.
@Clutterqueen - my being in maintenance combined with some erratic behaviors in March and April, I have seen some unexpected numbers both up and down (about a 5 lb range). Fortunately, even the worst of those numbers is better than any number I hoped for. Congrats on taking those 3 lb back off! In WW, we always said, fast on, fast off. A good reason to address them as soon as one can.4 -

"Maintenance is not QUITTING, it's COASTING". -Heather Robertson (Half Size Me Podcast)
I've still been "maintaining" at 1900 cals per day... and I meant to cut my calories down by a couple hundred per day, but forgot to this week in MFP. So beginning on Monday I'm going to decrease my cals down to 1700/day and then try to get back to 200-300 a day in exercise calories.
Tomorrow (Saturday) I'm driving to Cinci to visit my sister. It's her birthday AND her anniversary and her sweet hubby is in the nursing home and doesn't realize what day it is.She's sad and doesn't want to be alone on her bday. Our bdays are 6 days apart and my mom passed away right exactly in between our bdays back in 2017 so we always try to get together for our bday(s) and celebrate each other and celebrate mom. It's become our little tradition.
I had a massage (myself) this past Monday as my shoulder has been hurting (since Feb, but has gotten worse in the last 3-4 wks). I was so afraid it was going to end up being a rotator cuff injury, but the massage and my eo's (essential oils) seems to be helping it. Today I was happy to have my pain reduced from about 70% of the time, to only about 10%. So hopefully it's not rotator cuff after all.

MFP is finally letting me close my diary again. Apparently it was a known issue for a subset of users. It was so nice to have the motivation of the "in 5 weeks" message.
Was under but only because I added a 40 min late-night walk in front of the TV to avoid a pass day. It was completely a case of calculating how much I needed to walk to stay under, then turning on the TV and setting a timer for that amount. I could have taken a pass day, but didn't want to get off track too soon! Also avoided dessert. Feeling motivated!8 -
Yes, yes and yes. Another good day. Exercise was limited to some yardwork and some painting, but I got some.
Went to the Doctor today and found that I am anemic, that is why I have been feeling so tired. It may or may not be a result of surgery. The doctor prescribed a colonoscopy to be sure I am not bleeding from the intestines, but he said it was mostly likely surgery related. He took more blood and recommended following up to make sure nothing was getting worse. At least I kind of know why it has been so hard for me to restart exercising. He did say that if I could do it I should exercise, so I will keep trying.8 -
