    Hi everyone - Monday is my weigh day and Sunday is always interesting....

    so what are the scores on the doors ?

    SW 221 (15st 11)
    GW 182 (13st)
    LW 217 (15st 7)
    CW 215 (15st 5)

    so -2lbs for me :) - (will take that as was away for a few days and the calories went a bit awry)

    I am rounding up my weight to the next lb - not sure how long that will last but nice to know a bit extra in hand.

    At last, good progress again! Man, that infection really did a number on me.

    Variance: -1.2 kg / -2.6 lb / -1.06% TBW

    OL: 65.7 kg - 144.8 lb - 23.6 BMI

    Weight remaining for:
    Obese class II: 0.8 kg - 1.8 lb
    Obese class I: 14.8 kg - 32.6 lb
    Overweight: 28.7 kg - 63.3 lb
    Normal: 42.7 kg - 94.0 lb

    Next up - if everything goes well, a sub 40 BMI and a move to class II Obesity!
