    I finally got around to lowering my daily cal goal to 1700. The chocolate cake that I had for several days over my birthday weekend has really "sparked" my sweet tooth - and I'm finding it HARD to cut it out again! Ugh!! :unamused:

    That's a good percentage too @SummerSkier and right in line with Harvard Health's general recommendations. Barring my lacklustre vis-a-vis nutrition this month, I find it relatively easy to reach this goal on a fairly regular basis (or at least 35%). I'll keep the goal til year end and go from there.
