    @MadisonMolly2017 Yesterday, I read a review of a book by a pediatric endocrinologist who decries the twin evils of Big Pharma and overly processed food (with unhealthy doses of salt and sugar). It is called "Metabolical"
    I ordered it on my Kindle.

    @RangerRickL I am an avid reader, and this book goes along with a couple of the others I've been reading lately.... so I went to reserve this book at my library and am 23rd in line! Hmm, I guess it's a good thing that so many people want to read it! :smile: Thanks for the recommendation!
