May is our first group workout. We will be doing a Booty Buster!
This is a 15 minute workout challenge.
Exersices:
-Mostly all are for 30 second intervals. Or 3 set of 10 reps.
-Remember to do each leg!
Let's go!
π Glute Bridge
π SL Glute Bridge
π Donkey kicks
π Fire Hydrants
π Kneeling Squat
π Straight Leg Kickback
π Side Laying Abduction
π Pulsing Squat
π Basic Squat
π Crab Walk- 30 seconds
π Bonus Move- Squat Abduction
BONUS Move- hold the basic Squat postion, push out your knees lifting the inner side of your foot. This move is very hard.
STRETCH!
We will check in as needed.
We will talk about how we are all doing with it.
This is a 5 day on 2 day off workout.
I am going to post my before measurements of my thighs, hips and booty! You are welcome to post yours as well!
Let's motivate eachother. Let's do this ladies!

My measurements are
Thigh: 27.5 inches
Hips: 49.5 inches
Booty: 53.5 inches
Super excited to see what this workout will do for my behind! Haha.1 -
I have hip problems so, I will modify the fire hydrants for something else. I'm game!

Alright, first day, had to modify some things, but made it though..wow! Put me in a sweat...lol1

Sweat is the tears of your fat! Hahaha. I know my but sure feels it today! I am taking today off and tomrrow as my 2 days off. Back at it Wednesday. Today I have so much paperwork and stuff to do, plus Scarlett is a handful and tomrrow we are out of town for a funeral, so I don't have time.
But that's okay!

Today I was able to get it in..yay! Feeling it in my legs and lower stomach for sure!...love it!!.1 -
Did mine today and oh boy can I feel it!

I've been slacking as well. Been doing lots of yard work and trying to get the garden going in.. I'm hoping I can start this again and squeeze it in today once again1

Love the outdoors, and the work too! Been doing landscaping projects.. rock beds and all the fun stuff. I was complaining at first, but I love the end results, can't wait till it's complete. And I love seeing all my kids helping as well.. even little man was toting rocks and soil...lol1

That is awesome! Boys are amazing aren't they. My 2 boys helped me shovel out a 12ft flower garden bed. Yard work is an instant gratification plus good for the legs, arms, and booty. Lol1

Side note... I accomplished day 1 of the booty challenge. I did it after a 4 mile walk so my hips and legs were warmed up and honestly a bit tired already. My hips felt it and so much booty squishing. Great workout! Day 2 is on Thursday. How's everyone doing with theirs? Any booty gains?2

That's great! Been outside all day today again. Got the garden bed ready finally! I can't wait to plant tomorrow! It will be fun to watch it grow. Back to booty tomorrow I swear!!...lol.. I'm getting there!! But definitely feel it in my whole body! Sore as heck!2

Yes my but and lower back are feeling it! I wish I had a yard. I like in an apartment, but we have a community garden and playground here. Scarlett and I spend so much time out there on the nice days. We want to buy a house that has lots of back yard to garden. Although, I am not a fan of cutting grass haha.1
