21/05: 72.7 - Yesterday we went out for an outdoor dinner wearing thermal underwear, and extra fleeces and woolen shawls packed as the weather is still very cold. It was our first meal that we didn't eat at home in 7 months ! Totally enjoyed it. To counter the extra cals, we walked to and from the restaurant (10 km). As it was high cal, high sodium and high carb, I would have expected a larger gain, so pretty happy with this. Now back to a slight deficit
25/05: 73.5 - Which I'm sure is just a glitch! The weather outside is really miserable and I wasn't able to do any long walks or biking, but I kept my cals in check. That's why I know it isn't a representation of reality

27/05: 73.7 - Wait, what??? I'm just back at starting weight being the good missy two-shoes that I am? Why?3 -

Still hovering just above 130. It feels like this is where my body wants to stay for maintenance, but I'm not quite ready to totally listen yet. Will keep trying!
Had a great powerwalk/run yesterday morning but then tweaked my back working in the garden. I used to hurt my back regularly but not since I built lots of muscle and strengthened my core. Aaargh. Why now?? Not sure how long I will be out, but rest and very gentle stretching is all I can manage right now. I'm so mad. But I will be back!2 -

I'll close of the month at exactly the same weight that I started with, but my general trend is downwards and I'll take that.
Yesterday, I woke up tired and achy and I don't know why. On top of that I got some extremely stressful news and off course the combo of these three factors (tired, aches and stress) made me go into a binge. I realized it, but was unable to stop it. Back to reality today !2
