    Morning all

so back from holidays B) and was extra careful but had a few nice meals followed by very small ones to try and balance it all out

Swimming - well went a few times but it was not 13 degrees but 11 degrees C ! Even with a wetsuit the cold on hands feet and face - oh boy oh boy did that hurt

So after what is a 2 week period for me - what are the scores on the doors ?

    LW (2 weeks ago) 15st 3 : 213lbs
    CW 14st13 : 209lbs
    loss 4lbs
total loss so far 13 lbs (one more to go for the stone) :)

So happy with that - average of 2lb a week- I appreciate it is still early days for me and I have not yet got bored of this so in the enthusiastic stage still, just need to work out how to keep this going when I get bored etc, change and all that, I need to start with some exercise !

Have a safe week all and hope the weigh in goes well. I am off to get my second jab tonight so looking forward to that

You can always focus on increasing non-exercise activity, it can sometimes feel like less of a chore than exercise but still burns calories.

Yes you are right - always the gardening or stuff around the house to do 🙄

I do walk the dog and try to engage with the world otherwise a bit stuck in front of a computer screen. Something fun and engaging is needed I think
