Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes- Treadmill: 34 min / 2.09 mi
- Chest & Triceps Workout (dumbbells) + crunches
- Pool (jumping, dog paddling, lunges)
- After dinner walk: 25 min / 1.38 mi
Today's workout was hard. My old simple workout only included modified pushups for working the triceps but today I did that plus five other exercises which all worked the triceps and chest. I am pretty sure I will be sore tomorrow. I tried out lunges in the pool today and found it weird. It seems easy at first when I'd take the lunge step but then when I lift my back leg to take the next step the water wanted to tip me over so I had to work to stay upright. My main objective is to keep moving and attempt to let the natural resistance of the water make me do a little work.

@TXbluebonnet2017 - I feel your pain. How many times haven’t I looked at my garmin only to realize I never pushed the final “go” instruction, or that I paused it for some reason and never pushed “resume “.
@mshawski - good for you for the newly discovered definition in your arms. I’m so jealous! You’ll look awesome in sleeveless tops! Didn’t you buy yourself a ring awhile back as a reward? I remember a picture with a ring and really pretty fingernails. I thought it was you. It inspired me to consider rewarding myself with a ring, although I have a ways to go before that will happen. And yes, please stick around and don’t let your funk beat you. I know you’re frustrated about this plateau, but how much better is it to hang out at this weight for awhile than to start to gain again, and then have to lose it again. Hang in there.
@MadisonMolly2017 - I hope you like the walk fit inserts. They absolutely transformed my ability to even walk when I had plantar fasciitis a couple years ago. I did have to play around with which arch support to use, but for me, it was money well spent, and a whole lot cheaper than the $300 inserts a podiatrist prescribed several years ago that didn’t work half as well.

Yes x3
Had lots of work so today was the bare minimum of exercise, with less food. Though since I didn't exercise much at least I wasn't ravenous so it was easier to stay under.6 -

I was in UAC for some time then stopped for a bunch of months. I was trying to take a break and stay in maintenance before trying to lose another 5-10 pounds. I noticed I was creeping up in April and rejoined in May. UAC gives me that boost to pay attention to what I’m eating and motivates me to move for a mere 20 minutes when I just don’t feel like doing anything - and the members are awesome!6 -
@biketheworld - I did post that so I believe you are thinking of me (though I can’t be certain someone else didn’t post something similar). Rewards help me get through the times I feel stuck, and rings are my favorite reward. 😊 The last ring I posted/got was my 50lb ring. I was hoping to make it to the full 85 without needing another carrot to dangle in front of myself, but here we are. LOL.5

Thank you @biketheworld for the recommendation of the WalkFit. Fingers crossed it works for me. I just have the PF in heel of left foot now, and pretty mild.
Procrastinating on buying the new shoes, but our son leaves Sunday, so I have it on my list for Monday!
Thanks again!

I am grateful for the pass days because I would have already dropped out and we are just getting started!
I wasn't feeling well on June 2nd and 3rd due to a stomach ache and sinus congestion,
and didn't exercise. I also went over my calorie budget each day. I am going to create a plan
for June to help me succeed because taking it day by day is not working for me.
I will pre-log my food that is in my meal plan for the week to make sure I stay within
my daily calorie budget. I also need to start scheduling my meals because I am waiting
to late in the day to eat, and it is decreasing my energy levels and ability to exercise.7 -
Bit late posting, but I had 3 yes-es for June 3.
