I’m gonna have to take a pass on weighing in this week. My husband and I are out of town. We left on Thursday and my weigh in day was today (Friday). I’m gonna take a “pass” for this week. Sorry.1

I feel you both! The only thing stopping me from devouring half a pack of frozen gingerbread cookie dough yesterday was that it’s June and nobody sells that stuff at this time of year.2 -

The very first time I lost weight I did not own a scale and I would just use one when we went shopping at Walmart they always have a test scale out on the shelves!! Lmmfao 🤣

Need to start walking again, going back in in the office strips away 3 hours of my day due driving, getting ready for work and prepping. Work I sit all day and I can feel it. Working at home I can go out and walk in AM and lunch and just to stretch my legs.3 -

I expected to see a small loss, even with my binge yesterday. I have been on plan all week, again with the exception of yesterday.
What does this tell me? My logging is not as TIGHT as I thought it was. I noticed that I had a lot of snacks last week. Like my snacks category would have 3-5 items a day. This is not like me. I’m chalking it up to life with a toddler, but this has to stop. Was 10 goldfish really 15 or 20??? Maybe.
If I was in a deficit all last week, only ate over 1 day - I should have had a loss. I was obviously not in a deficit.
Starting today, I will watch my snacking and tighten up my tracking5 -

My way is getting outside, going for a walk, getting my workouts in - I don't want to throw away my hard work & I've stopped counting calories- I'm ot entering anything in my food diary & it seems to me that it's working for me - I've got another loss coming I'm almost down to my pre-vacation weight4 -

I am so sorry I have not been active. I have been caring for my 86 yr old aunt and life has been topsy turvy.

It’s a new week! What are everyone’s plans like?
I have lots of fun stuff and social activity planned for this week, and I’m honestly a little concerned about not having enough down time to get my feet up and rest. Today I’m having dinner with some friends, on Wednesday I have a work dinner, on Thursday a family dinner and round 1 of going through all the stuff at my mom’s house (she’s moving), and I’m going sailing for the entire weekend. That leaves only one evening of chilling without plans.1 -
How is it going everyone? I thought I would never see 110kg again but here we are!!!4
